Massage

A combination of lymphatic drainage and wooden tools designed to sculpt the body, promoting improved blood circulation, tension release and stimulation of the lymphatic system. Wellness & Relax

This relaxing treatment utilises deep tissue pressure, applying firm, slow strokes and gentle stretches to stretch layers of muscle. Therapists aim to  release chronic aches and pains throughout the body, optimising daily physical health.

Maintenance Therapy

The focus is on the areas requested with most tension using MT techniques combined with dry cupping, soft tissue release and wooden tools for scraping muscle restriction. The overall approach is to release trigger points, stimulate oxygen and nutrient delivery to muscles while aiding in the removal of waste products, accelerating recovery and improving muscle pliability. Customised to individual needs, this full body release supports overall physical well-being.

An assessment is conducted to gather physical concerns, medical history, client's health, posture and movement analysis to understand the underlying issues. The session includes a combination of trigger point release, remedial massage, dry cupping, dry needling and many other modalities. This customised therapy combines all modalities required to enhance healing, recovery and adapts to the athlete's unique training regimen, addressing individual concerns through varying pressures and techniques. It offers a comprehensive strategy for those looking to optimise their training performance and recovery.

Tailored session to focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention, increase mobility and move better, guiding you through safe and effective exercises to promote healing and alleviate discomfort. 

Firstly, you will need to go through an assessment with the Recovery Code treatment to have better understand of the underlying issues and to address your specific needs and limitations.
