My experience was so good, Mia did a awesome job listening to my concern of my lashes from my previous first set. She was very informed why some my concern happened. She explained how everything worked including the lash life cycle and caring for my natural lashes. She listened to what I wanted but also gave me advice on what would suit my face. This was my second time getting the jap hair wash! My hair feels luscious, soft, shiny and smooth! The first time I went was with my mum and it was great! However the second time I went I felt like it was a little too harsh when washing my face , especially when I had lash extensions on. Otherwise it was a great service! Would love to go again , but please be mindful to not rub the eyes too hard!
