Located in the heart of Manly and just a 2-minute stroll from the beach, Nimbus Manly is your coastal wellness sanctuary. Our studio features five private full-spectrum infrared sauna rooms, including one dedicated contrast therapy suite complete with an ice bath for the ultimate hot–cold ritual. Alongside our sauna and ice bath offerings, we’re also home to a team of experienced practitioners, including acupuncture, remedial massage, osteopathy and nutrition, all here to support your whole-body wellbeing.
