The Sauna Collective Milford Beach Sauna Station operates most Tuesdays from 6pm - 10pm. Two wood fired Saunas provide you with plenty of opportunity to experience the restorative and rejenerative properties of an authentic dry Sauna. Our Saunas operate at 85 -95 Degrees giving you a true sauna experience.
