I have tried a lot of Sauna's around Auckland and Slowe is absolutely the best one. Clean, always hot enough, beautiful space with thoughtful details and lovely, genuine staff. I don't live in Takapuna any more but will happily continue to drive across the city for Slowe. I appreciate the off peak time specials also, big love!

What a treat! The spa is so inviting, nice aesthetic, smells good, very clean with great ambient music. You’re greeted by the friendly Receptionist and other staff. And of course, the best part is the massage…We will definitely go back for more!

I had a wonderful massage with Daisy at Sanctuary Milford Thai Massage. She is caring, professional, and really attentive to the details. I felt completely relaxed and refreshed after my treatment. Highly recommend Daisy if you’re looking for a truly rejuvenating experience.

Nature Spa and Podiatry are a life saver. I had the 30 min pedicure and my feet feel soft and ready for the Summer break. No more itchy and hot feet at night for me. Thanks Jack.

Wonderful experience! We had the pamper me package which included a foot spa, 15 mins neck and shoulder massage and 75 mins whole body massage. Massage was amazing, the therapists were incredible, all three of us enjoyed it so much. We felt we were very well looked after. Only suggestions are to install a mirror in the bathroom and perhaps to put some carpet on the wooden floor as it was a little disturbing with people constantly walking around. Think the sound is amplified in such a quiet and relaxing environment. Having said that, we still enjoyed our treatment very much. Thank you.
