I am a big believer in the power of massage and all it can do for body and mind. Having worked as a busy Pilates and Yoga teacher in London for most of the last decade, I qualified as a Level 4 Holistic Massage Therapist in Bristol in 2019 and never looked back. I work with a dreamy blend of relaxing techniques and slow deep work into specific muscle groups, perfect for really letting go. Please note, there is one set of stairs up to my treatment room.
