Lucy has a friendly and grounding manner, the studio is quiet and out of the way, and the massage was superb. My nervous system was quite shot but I gradually relaxed - at the end I momentarily fell asleep ! Would definitely recommend.

It's rare that you meet someone and feel like they're doing exactly what they were meant to do, but that's just how I felt with Harriet. I was slightly nervous as this was my first ever massage and I've been living with chronic pain for some time, but she immediately put me at ease and talked me through the whole process. I left with a real sense of relief, better understanding of what's going on with my body and really valuable recommendations for exercises and classes to try. I can't recommend Harriet highly enough!

Harriet makes the session very person centred with full discussion about proposed treatment and explanations too, yet offered in a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. The warm, cosy room and perfect playlist made me possibly the most relaxed I’ve ever been for any treatment! The pressure and technique were a good balance of gentle and firm, super soothing, and really helped me drop out of my head and back into my body. I felt very relaxed and floated home!!
