Harriet is a Soft Tissue Therapist based in South East, Kent. She studied at LSSM attaining her Level 5 BTEC qualification. As a professional dancer for over 10 years she knows first hand the help, relief and healing that massage therapy can give to the body. Harriet uses her study of anatomy alongside her embodied understanding of the body to treat in the following areas: Injury diagnosis and rehabilitation, Stress relief, tension & headaches, General aches and pains, Sports & performance injury/rehabilitation/preparation, Pregnancy & Post natal, Pre & post Operation.
