Today was my first time going to the skin Beauty ( Basement Hair Margate ) I was Greeting it at the door by one of the staff i can't remember her name but she make me feel welcome didn't get to do what I wanted and that was Classic lashes extension but I did get my eyebrow wax I must say the Environment so friendly and I will going back thank to the staff that explain everything to me

Absolute perfection! I usually go for HD brows but I went for the Permanent Brow treatment and I could not be happier with the results! Charlotte honestly does work miricales! She takes her time and really does have the natural knack for attention to detail. I have come out feeling like a new woman! I honestly would not trust anyone else! She has made me feel a million dollars ❣️ I could not recommend Charlotte Cosmetics enough!!!

Always pleased with the results, nothing is never to much trouble, had the works today starting with nails, then toenails, then eyebrow tint and lash lift, last but not least sunbed. And had a laugh and never felt as if I was bored, would not go anywhere else.

Alexandra always does my gels with builder gel beautifully and they last for ages, well over 5 weeks, and they’d go for longer than that if I didn’t need them redoing. I’ve also had pedicures, waxing, brow and lash tinting and lash perms and lifts. My last lash lift lasted so long, I think I got it done in mid September and they still looked amazing in December - although it does matter how well you take care of them and where you are in the growth cycle. She’s got years of experience and is very confident, kind, and understanding. Her beauty room is gorgeous, and bed/ equipment all fantastic.

I was rather nervous about having my eyebrows tattoo. Yes I have body tattoos, but I can cover those. On your face for everyone to see something else. Should you be worried...absolutely not. They are amazing 👏 I've had great comments and I love them. Kate is wonderful, puts you at ease, talks you through all she's doing. 💯 recommend 👌 just go, get those new brows. Treat yourself. You won't be disappointed

Perry is absolutely amazing at eyebrow threading! She is extremely patient, gentle, and truly skilled at what she does. Her hospitality is always wonderful, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I love the service every time I visit. Even though I live in Ramsgate, I always travel to Westgate just to have my eyebrows done by Perry — that’s how good she is! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows. Highly recommend!
