Remedial Massage Full Body 1 hr

Manual Therapy methods are used to improve joint mobility, reduce pain and inflammation. Techniques are also used to  enhance function and movement. 
Sessions can include scrapping, cupping, deep tissue, stretch, heat and remedial massage. 
Treatment depends on location and diagnosis.
Treatment will be discussed before and during your session.

At Kore HQ we take into consideration your lifestyle, your training, your work habits and your competition load. 
We also talk about any past injuries, accidents or surgeries that could impact your body mechanics now.

While we would like to jump in and treat you straight away, we want to know what the body is telling you and why.

Remedial massage at Kore HQ is about creating space, improving mobility, management of soft tissue disfunction, stretching and strengthening and also pain management.
Treatment plans and session inclusions will be discussed before treatment begins.
For full body remedial massage you will be asked to undress to your underwear so please wear appropriate undergarments and be clean.
You will be covered with towels during the session for your comfort and privacy.
