My approach to helping clients centres around providing relief from discomfort and facilitating a return to balance within their bodies. I approach each session with a high level of intuition, tailoring the experience to meet the unique needs of each individual. This process is not static; it evolves with every session, recognising that the body is in a constant state of change.

Remedial and Restorative Massage

Regular MFR can be really useful to continue the unwinding process for connective tissue that need support and encourage to move more freely. I offer a reduced price for follow up due to the regularity needed.

Myofascial Release follow up

This signature treatment combines a mixture of many techniques including stretching, deep release and bio tuning (using musical tuning forks). This is the ultimate relaxation massage. If you are not sure which treatment to choose, select this one to start. 

Follow up appointments are only bookable after you have attended you 1st appointment. We will be following on and deepening into any areas of movement or interest from the first session.

Biodynamic Massage is a holistic approach that aims to help people find balance and reconnect with their natural bodily responses. It addresses how our bodies hold onto past experiences and emotions, which can cause physical and emotional restrictions.


This therapy uses various techniques to release this tension, allowing for better movement and balance. One unique aspect is listening to the client's abdomen with a stethoscope to connect emotional digestion with physical sensation. Biodynamic Massage is great for those interested in the mind-body connection, offering relaxation, stress relief, increased body awareness, and support for self-discovery. It's usually recommended to have six sessions for those starting their self-discovery journey.

Lymphatic Wellness Trio - APT 1

This treatment combines warm candle oil with cold-pressed oils infused with CBD Kush Hemp, Shea Nut Butter, Cocoa Butter, and essential oils. This sensory experience deeply nourishes your skin. 

The CBD in these candles interacts with your body's CBD receptors, enhancing communication between the peripheral and central nervous systems, promoting a sense of calm and safety while improving skin elasticity. This increased elasticity allows for more effective massages to address tension from physical strain or emotional stress.

I exclusively use legally sold oil and flower in the UK.

Canna Massage

This treatments combines Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and myofascial release (MFR) when necessary. I find combing these two techniques have better results. I use gentle, rhythmic movements to assist in the natural removal of lymphatic fluid from affected areas. I also incorporate silicone cupping techniques as needed to enhance the process. 

The lymphatic system plays a vital role in immunity, waste removal, and fluid regulation. When blockages occur, it can lead to symptoms such as fibromyalgia, swelling, skin issues, fatigue, insomnia, stress, digestive problems, arthritis, and migraines. 

  

 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Using low load (gentle pressure) applied slowly will allow a viscoelastic medium (fascia) to elongate. 

 What to expect during your session. 

 Each Myofascial Release Treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils, creams or machinery. This enables me to accurate detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.
