A 50% non-refundable deposit is required 48 hours before your visit, payable via bank transfer or in person. Extra guests are not permitted, keeping the space peaceful for all. Please use a gentle spa voice to preserve our tranquil vibe. Kindly set your cell phone to silent mode during your stay. There’s a 15-minute grace period for appointments; beyond that, we must cancel to respect everyone’s time.
