5. Timeliness matters: Arrive on time; if you are  5-minutes late you will be subject to a late fee if you are 15 minutes late it will result in the cancelation of your appointment & the forfeit of your deposit.
6. No Call - No Show: You forfeit your deposit and your next booking requires 50% deposit
