We'll discuss possible causes and a plan to rectify the issue. Our standard procedure involves a thorough application process, but factors like lash type and aftercare can affect retention. Lashes looked beautiful, however on day 2 a few fell out, one week later 90% of lashes fell out. I think too little product was used to hold lashes attached.
