PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING By booking with Aesthetics by Gabbi, you agree to the following clinic policies: • Deposits/booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit and/or charges up to 100% of the appointment value. • Clients arriving over 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may still be charged in full. • All treatments are subject to medical assessment and suitability. Treatment may be refused where unsafe or contraindicated. • Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status prior to treatment. • Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. • No refunds are provided for completed treatments or change of mind due to the nature of aesthetic services. • Patch tests/consultations must be completed where required. • Children and additional guests are not permitted unless agreed in advance. • Before & after photos may be taken for medical records. • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour is not tolerated.
