Had a great experience at Hour, especially thanks to Felip. He was friendly, professional and really helpful throughout. He made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming, and his customer service was excellent. I really appreciated the time and effort he put in. Would definitely recommend Hour and would be happy to come back again
