Great therapist! Sorted out my tightness! Gave very good advice regarding stretching. Going back in a few weeks for more treatment!! Best in the business is Jake! Highly recommended

I had a great experience with Jake. He took the time to discuss and thoroughly assess all the issues I’d explained with my back, hip and shoulder pain. He then carried out the appropriate treatment, explaining what he was doing and why throughout the session. I left feeling much more knowledgeable about what he’d found and what was causing my issues. The areas I was having problems with also felt much better after the treatment. Really professional, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. I’d highly recommend Jake!
