Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. Had the most amazing blow dry by Dorisa and a relaxing hair wash/massage by Sundas last week, I’ve been coming to this salon for years, travelling from Birmingham to Nottingham, and I’ve never once left unhappy with any treatment. Great eyebrow shape with Fran - care and precision in the shaping, made to feel very comfortable and welcomed. Fran's room is a breath of fresh air in Bridgford - small and private, with wonderful light from all the windows, and still very peaceful even though you're right in the heart of West Bridgford. Great, realistic, advice given about future treatments too. No unnecessary upsell here!
