I had a really lovely experience with Courtney, who did wax and tint for my brows and gel toenails. She was so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell she takes real pride in her work. Her attention to detail is amazing—my eyebrows look neat and perfectly shaped, and my toenails are beautifully done. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable without rushing anything. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for great quality and a genuinely nice experience!

Fran is incredible. I had attempted to have a lash lift and despite a patch test I felt a bit too stingy to continue. Fran quickly removed it and suggested a lash tint instead after making sure my eyes were fine. She is so calm and caring. My wax and threading are always amazing! x

Gorgeous experience from start to finish. A hidden little gem and perfect escape for my lash lift. Even accommodated my son sitting in the room. Loved the addition of the eye mask to complete the treatment and obsessed with the effect on my lashes.

Absolutely brilliant! Allen recommended a layered bob and he’s cut my hair beautifully. It feels so much better and has more life. Will ask him to colour next time. Very good hairdresser. Highly recommended.

Claire did a cut and colour for me and then her and Carley made me look really nice for a work photo. They took photos for me to send for a work profile and made me look so nice. Absolutely brilliant LVL today at Gracie B with Scarlett! Would highly recommend this wonderful place and wonderful lady. She’s make my Xmas 😊 after such a bad experience at another place - I wasn’t sure I could trust anyone again with my lashes but Scarlett more than restored my faith in LVLs!
