Leah is fabulous. My first experience with waxing was in the 90’s and it put me off until now. However, this experience was 300 times better. The careful explanations so you know what to expect and the professional way she handles everything made this a much improved experience. I'll even go back!! Lydia and Scarlett were both great today for my wax and nail appt and were so accommodating even when I was running half an hour late! I got two custard cremes with my coffee - which deserves a sixth star - if there was an option. :-)

Brilliant, cant wait to come back, Leah put me at ease straight away after a break from waxing to have my first child and my anxieties about my post baby body went away. I genuinely cannot stop thinking “why didn’t I do this sooner?” Leah made me feel completely at ease from the start, explaining everything so clearly. Emma has the most amazing hands! Ive had two foot and leg massages and a full body massage so far. All have been amazing, I highly recommend.. I am looking forward to trying one of her luxury facials next time.

I had a really lovely experience with Courtney, who did wax and tint for my brows and gel toenails. She was so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell she takes real pride in her work. Her attention to detail is amazing—my eyebrows look neat and perfectly shaped, and my toenails are beautifully done. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable without rushing anything. Fran is incredible. I had attempted to have a lash lift and despite a patch test I felt a bit too stingy to continue. Fran quickly removed it and suggested a lash tint instead after making sure my eyes were fine. She is so calm and caring. My wax and threading are always amazing! x
