What sets Initial Salon apart is the thoughtful consultation that helps clients find a style that suits them, rather than simply repeating a reference. The stylists are praised for listening closely and explaining their approach, whether shaping a haircut, designing colour, or creating a Japanese straight perm, so clients leave with a result that feels considered and distinctly their own.

I had such a great experience with Aya! She is incredibly kind, friendly, and really takes the time to understand exactly what you want. She did an amazing job with my haircut and paid so much attention to every little detail to make sure I was happy with the result. I truly appreciated her care, patience, and professionalism throughout the whole experience. I’m so happy with my haircut and would highly recommend Aya to anyone looking for a talented hairstylist who genuinely cares about her clients. Thank you, Aya, for doing such a wonderful job! 😊

Got my hair colored here and I loved it. The staff is really professional and caring. First time here, but I’ll definitely be back and will share this spot with my friends!
