Lovely. She made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my friends treatment. I had the scalp massage.Excellent pressure and technique. Wasn't a big fan of the pull and noise on the scalp but that's personal preference. I'm glad I tried it and you can tell she knows what she's doing. You feel safe that she's not going to hurt you whilst getting stuck into the tension knots.

Shannon thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, and felt there was a lot of benefit to be gained and has booked another 1hr appointment.  It has given her some hope that she will have the damage done to her foot reversed although possibly not 100%.

This extremely therapeutic massage treatment uses a combined of Dry Cupping Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage. The treatment will start with massage, then the cups are applied.  The cups can be left on a particular location for 5-10 minutes, or can be dragged along the skin to increase the treatment area.  Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.



Cupping Therapy 

Warm bamboo massage uses solid bamboo sticks of different lengths and diameters to massage the body. The sticks are gently warmed and applied to give deep and long massage strokes to break down tension and stretch tight muscles. This wonderful treatment is great to have if you like deep tissue work.
