I had a facial with Hayley yesterday and it was absolutely exceptional✨ She is incredibly gentle and made sure to check for any allergies or skin sensitivities before beginning the treatment. The facial itself was beautifully balanced, using both warm and cold therapies. While the mask worked its magic, Hayley gave the most relaxing neck and shoulder massage💆‍♀️ My skin is glowing, feels so hydrated, and I slept so well afterwards (an extra bonus). I had the microneedling rejuvenation facial with LED yesterday and it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. Adele is incredibly knowledgeable and tailors everything to your skin, making you feel completely confident and cared for. Absolutely lovely time at Katie’s for a Elemis back facial and massage. Felt so relaxed during it and for the rest of the afternoon too. Will definitely book in for the treatment again. Great value for money and Katie is a talented therapist!

Adele is just incredible at her job. I go to her for my facials and massages and have been for roughly a year now. From assessing the best products for your skin tailored to you, to amazing scented flannels to a thoughtful touch of a cold glass of water after your treatment, I will not go anywhere else. Another amazing facial with Adele. This time the firming luxe life and it was incredible. I trust Adele implicitly because of the care and attention she gives to knowing everything about her products and treatments. I always feel so relaxed… which is proven each time when I fall asleep! I can see instant results from the luxe lift, my skin is visibly tighter and looks so refreshed, I’m delighted by the results and feel like I spent the day in a spa!

This was my second treatment with Hayley, and I had the Signature Facial. It was the most relaxing experience I've had in a long time. Hayley knows what she's doing. My skin feels healthy, hydrated, and refreshed after every treatment. I'm already looking forward to my next treatment!

Absolutely love getting my nails done here! 💕 Shayla is always so welcoming, friendly and lovely, and she does such an amazing job every time. I have BIAB and my nails always look gorgeous when I leave and they last for weeks! 💅🏼✨ I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend! ❤️
