All in all good, I didn't realize that I would be completely on my own so spent 5 mins waiting. Now I know the procedure I will certainly be re-booking.

Thanks for your review Maria! It sounds like you may not have received our text message explaining the procedure. We always send one out to let guests know everything will be ready and set up for them on arrival. We are glad to hear you still had a good experience overall and we really appreciate your feedback. Looking forward to welcoming you back next time!

First time ever doing an ice bath but was such a nice experience here. The sauna was brilliant too. The vibe is so chill and you get the area to yourself. Really beautiful set up. Will definitely be back.
