I haven’t had a lash treatment in 5 years, having previously only individual lash extensions. I booked a lash lift and tint at Lashpot due to a recommendation from a friend. The entire experience was amazing, I went for a patch test and was provided with so much information to prepare for my appointment. The appointment was so relaxing and I couldn’t believe the result. I know patch tests can seem inconvenient, but so is having an allergic reaction. They only take a few mins (if that) so it’s better to be safe, especially when it comes to your eyes.

As part of your patch test appointment we can do a quick consultation about what what lashes would be best suited to you.

Patch tests are also a good opportunity for us to meet each other and for you to see where your appointment will be.

Please book in your full treatment now aswell for at least 48 hours after the patch test. In the event that you had a reaction to the patch test then your booking fee for the full treatment would be refunded.

If you have lash extensions on but do not qualify for an infill this is charged as a full set. This includes the removal of ONLY the outgrown lash extensions. If you would like all of your remaining lash extensions removed before having a full set then please book a removal aswell.

If you have lash extensions on from another lash tech then please book a removal before the full set

Previous lash lifts need to be grown out before you can book for lash extensions.

If you are booking in with me for the first time/it’s been a long while since you did/you are trying a new treatment, please make sure that you also book a patch test for at least 48hrs before your treatment.

It must have been at least 8 to 10 weeks since any previous lash lift and the lash lift must be outgrown, for some people this may take longer. If you are unsure you can send me some close up photos of your lashes. If you have lash extensions on please book a removal as well, I will need time to remove them before performing the Lash Lift & Tint. As per manufacturer’s guidelines, I cannot perform a Lash Lift & Tint if you are pregnant. Lash extensions are a safe alternative for during pregnancy. If you are booking in with me for the first time/it’s been a long while since you did/you are trying a new treatment, please make sure that you also book a patch test for at least 48hrs before your treatment.

Classic/Individual Lash Extensions

You must wash your lashes with lash shampoo just before you attend your appointment.

If you come for an infill wearing mascara it won't be considered an infill, you will be charged for a removal AND a full set. 

Infills are at 2-3wks only (at least 50% extensions must also remain even if you're booking before 3 weeks), 3+ weeks will be considered a full set because remaining lash extensions will be growing out and can damage your natural lashes if they are left too long.

I do not infill other lash techs work for insurance reasons. If you have lash extensions by another lash tech you will need to book a patch test, removal and full set. Sorry for any inconvenience.
