Having a baby can be a huge physical and emotional transition... this is an opportunity to check in with yourself, re-fill your cup and address any physical aches and pains. As a local Doula and Antenatal Practitioner, I am also able to answer questions, offer signposting or additional support if needed.

Post Natal Massage 1hr

First appointment is 70mins to allow us time to discuss your case history. 
Pregnancy is a huge physical and emotional transition... this is an opportunity to check in with yourself, re-fill your cup and address any physical aches and pains. 
We will spend some time talking about how you are feeling, then create a bespoke treatment to suit your needs. As a local Doula and Antenatal Practitioner, I am also able to answer questions, offer signposting or additional support if needed.
