I am a fully insured, professionally affiliated, BTEC Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist with 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry. I combine intuitive massage with a deep understanding of anatomy & physiology. I use my knowledge as a BTEC Level 5 Practitioner with skills gained as a Personal Trainer and Antenatal practitioner and Doula  to inform my work, and can offer therapeutic exercises in addition to my hands-on work.
