Beoordelingen
Apex Recovery takes a tailored approach to sports massage, with the therapist first discussing what each client needs before focusing on the areas causing trouble. Sessions include sports massage for pre-event preparation and targeted work on runners’ legs, hamstrings and ongoing shoulder pain, with useful exercises offered too.
