This was my first Thai massage and, as I booked it last minute, I honestly had no idea what to expect! WOW! I absolutely loved it! Jess was great and made me feel really comfortable from the start. I've left reviews before but this one is for the new Diamond Dermabrasion Facial. I've never had one of these before but as my skin matures and seems to develop new lumps and bumps daily I thought I'd give it a go. It's a different sensation, but not an unpleasant one, and as with all of Lauren's treatments you are in an environment where you feel totally relaxed. The following morning my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. Would recommend.

Excellent sports massage. Very skilled masseuse who helped loosen my shoulder following an injury, and also helped with other areas of pain in my back. Would highly recommend.

I had terrible back and neck pain and came across Thai Lana Inn and Spa and booked in for a neck back and shoulder massage for an hour which was a combination of Swedish and Thai massage - it was extremely relaxing and afterwards even my hip pain was gone! I will definitely be booking up again and have recommended it to my friends.

Lauren is very friendly and attentive. The hour spent having a pedicure was relaxing and interesting, Lauren answered all of my questions about the treatment very patiently. The end result is excellent. I have already recommended her to a friend.
