This was not a pedicure !! It was a gel preparation I think it is very confusing if you want your hard skin removed you need to choose £85 Medi pedicure. My toe nails look lovely but this was not a pedicure it a gel procedure with a foot massage didn’t even go up my leg with massage just my feet. I was disappointed. I’ve had a few pedicures in UK and abroad this was not a pedicure. The colour I chose they had ran out of I had to choose another colour they give you plenty to choose from ….. why if they don’t have them ?? The room was cold I kept my coat on All show and no go ….. sorry :(

Although the treatment you received was the pedicure booked and explained beforehand, I understand you were hoping for more extensive foot care. Maddie is very attentive, listens to what you want and need. Very happy with my Japanese manicures and my nails are looking better and seem healthier. Would recommend
