Kate was great, polite, professional, really pleased with my nails and the colour too. I was running late, then got a bit lost grrrr(!!) - Kate was so kind and helpful… came out of shop to find me 😂. Tip - look for little entrance opp Knowle chip shop, down there and it’s inside Boutique hair place

I had a wonderful back neck and shoulder massage with Danielle. She applied the exact amount of pressure and explained why I was experiencing so much tension in my neck and shoulders. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and put me at my ease ensuring I was comfortable and relaxed at all times. This massage was followed by a wonderful relaxing bee sting facial performed by Amy. This is a firm favourite and as usual, did not disappoint. Amy was extremely professional and by the end of my treatment I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

Absolutely love my colour and cut. Lucy deffo worked her Magic. Such a friendly bunch of people to be around. So glad I've now found this little gem of a place on my doorstep to cater for all of my beauty needs. Toni was great, very thorough and attention to detail. She has done a pedicure and a biab manicure - very happy with both! I have also had Lola too for a pedicure - she was also great. It was a relaxing experience and nice conversation too ;)

The loveliest hidden gem in Knowle with such a friendly and relaxing vibe. The outside garden with heated seating areas was gorgeous and thoroughly enjoyed the back, neck and shoulder massage and manicure. Thank you Danielle and Vanessa for a lovely afternoon ♥️

This was my first time with Leanne and I have rebooked as I was so pleased with my appointment from start to end! Leanne was warm and friendly and talked over everything so I was confident my colour and cut would be what I was looking for. Leanne is extremely knowledgeable and experienced which is a real benefit for someone my age (66). Love the colour (had a toner and a treatment too) and cut is fab. Coffee and treat included. Lovely experience and price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Leanne is so knowledgable about colour, what will work with your natural colour and what won’t work. She really cares about giving you the best cut, style and colour! A lovely experience! 🥰

My first visiting for a mani with Sophie today and so happy with the results!! I am very picky about my nails and normally, I’d get home and pick up a nail file to reshape my already shaped nails!! Nails are stunning, decided to go for a square shape this time, Evie would make sure you are happy with the length/shape before moving onto the biab. She will make sure you are happy with your nails before you leave as she doesn’t want you to be unhappy with how they look. Honestly one of the best nail techs I’ve had.
