Starting off with custom blended tint, this enables to pick up any tiny hairs that aren't visible to be incorporated into your desired shape. Ombre Powder Brows is a semi-permanet tattoo used with a machine for a bolder fuller look - but still heals very soft and natural. It is a technique which looks like make-up has been applied with pencil or brow shadow.
