Service Includes: Clean, scrub, exfoliate, nails filed with cuticle care. The lower legs are included, finishing with a relaxing foot and lower leg massage.

Nail painting is done by Boo for an extra cost of $10 for Gel polish or $5 for natural polish. Extensive nail art is not included. 

Pedicure

PRP produces the production of collagen and other protein components through its natural healing components, improving the overall quality of the skin. When PRP is injected, higher concentrations of platelets and growth factors are released into the target area, promoting new cell formation.
PRP COMES FROM A SAMPLE OF YOUR OWN BLOOD SO THERE IS NO CHANCE AN ALLERGIC REACTION AND IS 100% NATURAL!!!!

Service Includes: Full consultation, Sample of blood taken, Blood is processed to produce the plasma which takes 30 mins. During this time, relax for a facial & facial massage, application of a topical local anesthetic cream. Ice is used prior to each injection for extra numbing action.
To complete, a warm towel is applied to the face & a moisturizer with a SPF sun block is gently massaged.

DO NOT take your regular inhalers the day of your appointment. BRING a Ventolin inhaler & a water bottle with you.

Service Includes: Consultation, Vital Observations, Audible Lung Assessment, Weight/Height/BMI. Deep Breathing Education.

Test consists of a set of 3 hard breathes into a machine. After 3 good breathes, you take the Ventolin inhaler. When the Ventolin has had time to take effect, another set of 3 hard good breathes is attended. This will give results from before & after the use of an inhaler.
