Great first experience! Charlie was friendly, chatty and really engaging, which made the whole appointment feel quick and easy. As it was my first time, we had a consultation before the cut. He asked great questions, listened to what I was looking for and offered suggestions rather than just jumping straight in. We ended up changing my current hairstyle, and I think it’s definitely for the better, although I’ll wait for the compliments before I officially confirm that! The space was clean, the service was easy and efficient, and Charlie made the whole experience really enjoyable.
