Over all happy with haircut and beard trim with Daniel. although I booked for 2 pm with a different barber for a full Treatment for my wedding and did receive any of that which was disappointing. While I was in the chair I missed a phone call from the place. Seems the system does not work very well. And then received a no show text when I arrived home. Thanks Matt.

Hi Matt, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I’m really pleased you were happy with your haircut and beard trim with Daniel, but I’m genuinely sorry that we didn’t deliver the full experience you had booked, particularly when it was for such an important occasion as your wedding. The confusion with your appointment, receiving a call while you were actually in the chair, and then getting a no-show message afterwards is certainly not the experience we want any client to have. We’d really like the opportunity to make it up to you. On your next visit, we’d like to offer you a complimentary FULL TBB Treatment, completely on us.
