Lynsey is an absolute perfectionist & I am delighted with my powder brows. My previous brows meant it wasn't completely straight forward but Lynsey took so much time to talk through different options, give her expert opinion & then to map them to check I was 100% happy before proceeding. This is the 3rd time I've had my eyebrows done & I just wish I had known about/gone to her the first tine. Super friendly, does a fantastic job of chatting away the nerves & there is only one result she will let you leave with - perfection!!!

It was my first time getting lashes and Didi was amazing! She helped me pick out what I wanted and talked me through the process. She made me feel totally comfortable and was very professional. I'll definitely be going back for my fills with her every few weeks and have booked powder brows for the end of the month. I'm so glad I found this place!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am absolutely in LOVE with my powder brows by Jocelyn at The Loft Spa! From start to finish, she took such amazing care of me. She spent so much time making sure the shape was exactly what I wanted and reassured me every step of the way. The colour is perfect, the shape is perfect, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. I’m so excited to wake up every morning and not have to think about filling in or shaping my brows anymore! Jocelyn made the whole experience so comfortable, and her attention to detail was incredible. I highly recommend her. ❤️

I absolutely love my powder brows. Jaz is an absolute perfectionist who is really attentive to your preferences. I recommend her to everyone. The appointment experience is also really relaxed Jaz is such an easy going happy to chat character who immediately makes you feel welcome. Genuine and honest business that deserves the best local support! Not pushy at all (which I’ve experienced at almost every clinic I’ve supported with unnecessary treatments and products which is not properly tailored for my skin), and the owner goes at your pace and comfort level. Had a lovely experience today getting a powder brow, I was nervous about having a tattoo but Heidi and Chanelle made me feel at ease and I was pleasantly surprised how little I felt and how good it looked. I’ve been seeing Laura for eyebrow wax and tint sessions for nearly 1 year (and prior to this) for many, many years! I finally found a professional who I feel completely comfortable with to entrust with permanent ombré/powder brows. I had them done on Thursday, I loved them instantly and 4 days later, even more! It’s the best thing I’ve done. They look completely natural, Laura knows the shape and style I like so they are perfectly shaped and I instantly feel better every day, waking up with eyebrows and an ever so slight, natural facelift ;) I highly recommend Laura’s expertise!

Amazing, professional and friendly and always makes sure you feel comfortable. The results are fantastic, I love my powder brow, they look awesome and I don’t have to worry about penciling them on or having them tinted every month, or leaving home with no brows.

I've always had a love/hate relationship with my eyebrows. Until Kamila transformed them.... I went in for powder brows and from the first consultation Kamila put my mind at ease, thorough discussion regarding shape and colour, aftercare and what to expect from the treatment. My only issue is that I didn't do it sooner!!

I cannot explain the comfort I felt with Alex this morning. Being very paranoid about my brows for years and with constant filling in with pencil, it was very exhausting on me and so after a consultation with Alex, I decided to take the plunge and have Powder Brows done.. they look absolutely amazing and my confidence levels have increased already. I cannot wait to see them through the healing process and beyond. Alex is fantastic, listened to all my concerns and reassured me I was making the right decision for me...and was she right?? 1000%. The entire experience was so cosy and comfortable! 💛 And omgosh, Nana truly worked wonders on my brows!
