Highly recommended! The lounge is clean. The choice of music is making the atmosphere relaxing. The coffee the staff the products they use are premium and the price is reasonable. Will book again for sure!

I wish i had found Rachael sooner, she is an absolute miracle worker! After being previously ripped off and left with an unfinished area by another Dorset practitioner (Naomi O’Hara - who charged me £500 for the same small area that Rachael charged £70 for!) i was devastated and worried I wouldn’t be able to afford to finish my scar treatment. But in just one session all of my scars have now completely disappeared, thanks to Rachael. She took such time & care over my treatment & her friendly, caring nature and professional approach instantly put me at ease.I cannot thank you enough Rachael!

Sandra is awesome. Over the last few years I have started losing my eyebrows and in turn my confidence. I’m not great at makeup and everyday was a struggle to fill in the hair I’ve lost. Sandra went in and gave me the most perfect brows. I wake up every day and don’t have to worry about spending a ton of time filling in my brows and the moment I got them done I felt my confidence come back. She is wonderful and we had really great conversation. Will be back in a year for a touch up for sure.

The best salon for me ,I will never replace it with any salon.

Amanda was really helpful and informative. She explained the treatment in detail as well as other options so I could make an informed decision. She was knowledgeable and honest and took into consideration the fact that it was my first time venturing into this treatment. She answered all my questions and put me at ease.

I had a fantastic experience! I came in wanting to understand what I could do differently to get more from my future treatments. As someone who recently had my thyroid removed and experienced hormonal changes resulting in adult acne, I wanted to explore food sensitivity and genetic tests to find out the root of my skin issues beyond hormones. Meghan, the ABC esthetician, went through the services in a way I could understand and was very knowledgeable about the tests and other procedures including acne scar treatments and anti-aging. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I came to see Dr Dale to help with scar removal. Her staff is always super nice and accomodating. Doctor takes her time listening and evaluating issues every single time. Her emphaty, skill, carefull approach and knowledge in her field can't be praised enough.

So happy with my scar treatment, left feeling happy and more self confident. Dr and staff are warm and understanding and very reasonably priced, with your best interests in mind. Such an amazing transformation and I am ever grateful. TRULY life changing results for me. Thank you I can actually look in the mirror now without wanting to look away.
