I found her to be excellent and highly knowledgeable about skin and what treatments would be best for me. No question was too hard and she was happy to give me lots of advice. Honestly could not recommend more! I had such a lovely experience, friendly, clean and my skin feels amazing after the facial. Clearly really knowledgable about skin and diet and takes time to talk you through everything and gives advice specialised to you. Will definitely be back for a peel soon x

For the first time in 6 years it was lovely for someone to actually take note of my skin issues and look at it. Shout to Holly & Kerry at Sports Recovery Studio. I came in frustrated after trying other treatments that didn’t help. They listened, explained things clearly, and put a recovery plan together for me. I started with red light therapy and the whole experience has been great. Professional, caring, and results-focused. Chorley always gives me the best advice. Very knowledgeable, professional welcoming and friendly. Chorley recently dissolved and redid my lip filler after receiving poor advice and lip filler from another clinic. They are perfect and would definitely recommend synergy.
