I’ve left a couple of reviews but honestly I can review every time I go, as previous, suffering chronic back pain and shoulder, neck and head pressure for years, since spinal flow my pain has dwindled to sometimes nothing, i know I have a ways to go but honestly I’m feeling better than I have done for years, I also suffer from vertigo really badly and touch wood I haven’t had it for a year, Catherine always told me “trust in the process” I really do and she has made such a difference to my life, family and colleagues at work notice, to sleep is a big thing for me and I sleep through the night
