After many years and trying multiple places in New York, I finally found true professionalism here! I had a PRP treatment (two sessions), and the result is extraordinary. I am incredibly happy with the service and the outcome. Lehman dis the treatment he is so nice and so great. I definitely and highly recommend this clinic.

This was my first time visiting Casagrande, and I was desperate to give my curly hair a refresh and learn more about how to take care of my curls. Laiz was very thorough with her explanations about the trichoscopy exam, and recommended a new treatment I never tried before to soothe my scalp. My hair and skin is quite sensitive, but Laiz gave some lovely product recommendations and how to improve my hair care routine. She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient! Laiz, thank you for boosting my confidence and reminding me that all curly hairstyles can be beautiful. Obrigada!!

11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

Sasha was excellent, as always. Helpful at resolving stubborn skin issues.

It is great for chronic pain. Acupuncture, physical therapy, massage and cupping all helps but I think pain relief is more with acupuncture and massage and physical therapy helps increasing strength and flexibility. Had such an amazing mg experience with Liliya today! This was my first facial, she walks you through every step and truly gives her best opinion on skincare treatments for your skin type. For a salon on fifth Avenue her prices are unbeatable and she has such a clean and welcoming space. She is also so sweet, professional and honest. I will definitely be coming back for more facials with her! 10/10 recommend!

I had the skin former Pro lift facial with Tatiana. She was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. I had an instant glow in my face. Definitely going back for this and other treatments. Also, very clean space, lovely.

I had an amazing experience ! Stella who performed my Morpheus8 and PRP treatment was incredibly skilled, gentle, and knowledgeable. She explained every step of the process and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You can tell she really cares about patient safety and results. I’m excited to see the full results and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering these treatments!

I had a really nice experience at the City Lab. The new space is beautiful, super clean, calm, and very relaxing. My skin felt fresh, smooth, and glowing after the treatment. I will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family ✨

I’m so glad I found Sasha at Spring Muse. I had eyebrow microblading removed with laser at another place, but it left behind yellow pigment that wouldn’t fade. I didn’t know yellow is one of the hardest colors to remove. After wasted time and money, I found Sasha. She explained everything, used a gentler method, and made sure my skin was protected. I just had my first session, and I already see progress. If you’re dealing with stubborn pigment, go to Sasha first. She’s skilled, honest, and knows how to get results safely. Thank you, Sasha!

Excellent first time visit to this salon. I did the olaplex treatment + haircut and blow dry special. The stylist was very detail oriented and took his time and in return I have one of the best cuts and blowouts I’ve ever had! Will be back 100%. Thank you!!
