The receptionists at the front desk are very helpful and encouraged me to get a referral so my insurance can cover my physical therapy appointments. Once that was complete, I went in the very next day and received excellent treatment from the providers which included cupping and massage. Im 100% returning. The space is exceptionally clean and tidy which is also a plus

This was my first time visiting Casagrande, and I was desperate to give my curly hair a refresh and learn more about how to take care of my curls. Laiz was very thorough with her explanations about the trichoscopy exam, and recommended a new treatment I never tried before to soothe my scalp. My hair and skin is quite sensitive, but Laiz gave some lovely product recommendations and how to improve my hair care routine. She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient! Laiz, thank you for boosting my confidence and reminding me that all curly hairstyles can be beautiful. Obrigada!!

My experience with Bren at TheBar Skincare always exceeds my expectations, not only is the facial relaxing but the time spent with Bren is better than having a therapist. Bren is always open accepting and provides a safe space for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly knows my skin after all these years. Had such an amazing mg experience with Liliya today! This was my first facial, she walks you through every step and truly gives her best opinion on skincare treatments for your skin type. For a salon on fifth Avenue her prices are unbeatable and she has such a clean and welcoming space. She is also so sweet, professional and honest. I will definitely be coming back for more facials with her! 10/10 recommend!

I had two facial procedures done, including injections, at ReBalance Clinic and had such a great experience. The staff was warm, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. This was my first time having the Japanese scalp treatment and let me say that it was so much better than I expected. Staff were amazing and amicable. The place was very nicely decorated and very very clean. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great “me” time and relax but at the same time taking care of your scalp.
