My experience at LAVELLO has been amazing. This is my second time going here and i absolutely loved it. After reading the reviews, I booked an appointment with Hope. All I can say is, she’s one of the sweetest and talented. I love her work so much, she really takes her time, and really listens to you as well. My nails are something that I am very picky about and I feel that I could be annoying with my indecisiveness, but hope makes me feel safe, heard, and really valued. Alisia was an absolute professional and my first facial ever was great because of her expertise and skill. I was a bit nervous because of my very sensitive skin but she took to time to walk me through the whole process, explain what each procedure does, and make specific recommendations for me without being pushy.
