I got my eyelashes done for the first time today by Katie. Before my appointment she texted me directions and pictures of the building. I explained to her what look I was going for and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and gave me a little care package at the end of my appointment. If you are in the New York/ Long Island City area I definitely recommend her!

Both my brows and lashes look so good! A truly relaxing service with beautiful results. Professional service done in a very timely fashion...my technician named Anna (please forgive me if I have the wrong name :) ) carefully+ patiently discussed with me about how I wanted my brows to be shaped also explaining the step by step for my lashes+brows to ensure I was comfortable & informed. My natural shape/look plus the tint definitely refreshed my face♡. I was given aftercare instructions plus an eyebrow brush+mini brow face mask to use as well. Highly recommend their services👍🏼👏🏽

Always friendly and fast service, and always a good quality shape to my brows and clearing of the rogue hairs. The little face and scalp massage at the end to put aloe on alone is worth the $10 cost of the brow thread. Highly recommended!

Anna always does a fantastic job with my eyebrows. She always listens to how I prefer my eyebrow shape and tint color. I’m very particular about my eyebrows and don’t randomly go just anywhere to get them done. I trust her 100% with it all! For reference I get tint, shape and lamination done about every 8 weeks. She is truly a professional and provides education and gives you a little kit to care for your eyebrows. Plus her new location is so cute 💗

I originally came for a brow Lamination but was advised that it won’t work this time since i trimmed my eyebrows too short. So we decided on an eyebrow tint. She guided me through the process and I was extremely happy with the result. Her location has calm and chill vibes. I’ll definitely come back.

I’ve been here twice now for lashes (my first time ever), and she did an amazing job. I absolutely loved how they came out and received so many compliments. The overall experience was excellent—she creates such a great vibe with soothing music, a clean and professional space, and truly warm customer service. I went back for a lash fill and a brow shaping and tint, and it was just as great the second time. Highly recommend!

I got a deep cleansing gua sha facial, eyebrow lamination, and lash lift. The staff was kind and it was such a relaxing experience. My brows and lashes look great and I woke up today with a noticably less puffy face. I will be back every month for a refresh.

She pays such close attention to every little detail — from shaping my brows perfectly to making sure every hair is taken care of during my face wax. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threading here. The service was immaculate! A great vibe was presented. The women N.C greeted me so pleasantly. I explained to N.C the main areas to thread on and she was very receptive and understood what I was requesting. As she did my eyebrows, I felt very welcomed. I sat back and relaxed as I listened to the music that was playing. I felt very comfortable and to top it off she gave me a free aloe Vera eyebrow and temple massage. Omg! Alisha did a wonderful job! She was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. My lash tint was flawless and my eyebrow tint and lamination result was just what I needed. She picked the color according to my complexion and hair color combined with eye color. In the past, I experienced really overly darkened eyebrows but Alisha assured me she had the correct color for me. I was so happy with the professionalism and as always, I experienced a wonderful nap before waking up beautified! Thank you!
