What a wonderful salon experience - from Elise’s lovely welcome, skill and professionalism to her impeccable attention to detail. Elise really listens to what the client wants and warmly shares her knowledgeable advice. Honestly the best manicure I’ve ever had: the care taken with cuticles and nail shaping; Elise’s help choosing the best colour match for my skin tone. She was meticulous with my eyebrow wax too - taking care to work with skin sensitivity and deliver the perfect brows without any of my usual ‘flame’ side effects. Thank you so much Elise. I had a wonderful pamper on Saturday, which included an Indian head massage, pedi and brow wax. Ana was brilliant and I can’t wait to go again! Highly recommend. Gorgeous salon too.

Best beautician I have ever been to. Never had my brows and lashes look as good as they do. Plus the chat is 10/10, if I’m tired, Katy keeps it calm and comfortable, chatty days the treatments go fast. Kathryn is the only person I trust to pierce my ears. I’ve been back multiple times and I will definitely be back again for more. She’s so kind and comforting and reassuring that the appointment is over before you know it. The best piercer in Staffordshire. Had my 1st appointment with Holly today for eyelash extensions & a hybrid brow tint (skin tint on the brows). Really pleased with the whole experience. Holly listened to exactly what I wanted. They look lovely. I've had many lash extensions over the years & these feel the most comfortable I've ever had. They look lovely & natural which is what i wanted. My brows also look great, she's darkened out the faded areas of a microblade I had years ago to blend with my own eyebrows, they now look more even. Lovely atmosphere, super friendly and reasonable prices. I'll definitely be going back there.

Tara made me feel comfortable & welcome on arrival, she was professional & friendly- I really enjoyed my visit. My gel nails are perfect & previous eyebrow shape & tint were outstanding! I will be booking for more treatments alongside becoming a regular nails & brow customer. Highly recommend.

Jess takes the time to prep my nails and they always last. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for beauty treatments. Jess knows exactly how I like my eyebrows and lashes, plus, she will do all she can to ensure she can fit an appointment in. You can either chat away or be quiet, Jess is a calm person to spend the appointment time with. All in all an excellent service 😊
