Daly is the best! Ladies and gents if you are looking for a therapist that really knows skincare you must try Daly at Urban Spa Neutral Bay. I have been seeing Daly just over a year. When I came to her, my skin was incredible dry and blemish prone. It is now hydrated and with home care and monthly or bi monthly treatments, my dermatologist believes I have taken 7 years off my 54. I got my skin needling done today and Cathy was extremely professional, kind and provided excellent care and comfort. I could tell she genuinely has a deep passion for the work she does and put her clients as the top priority. She did my Skin Needling today for the second time, which has already shown amazing results. I can already see my skin looking plump and clearer. Her clinic is located in Neutral Bay and she has her own car park that allowed me to easily access her building. I would highly recommend her services as the results talk for themselves.

I couldn’t be happier with my brows! I had the Deluxe Brow Package with Maz, and the results are absolutely amazing. The shape, the colour, and the overall finish are perfect. I honestly love everything about them! Maz is such a beautiful person. She was so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and she made sure I was happy with every step of the process. It was excellent as always. The ladies are so attentive and colour my brows the most beautiful shade of chocolate brown and thread my brows to the perfect shape. The music is always so calming and I take a nap each visit which means I leave completely rejuvinated. Well done Diva Brows!!

I had a Brazilian and eyebrow wax done by Thi and they were both done really well and with minimal pain. Thi makes you feel immediately comfortable and is very good at what she does :) the space is lovely and clean and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend

Joanne is fantastic. She fixed my eyebrows and gently permed and tinted my eyelashes which look absolutely long and beautiful. The bikini wax was gentle and perfect for my holiday away. Can highly recommend Joanne and I will be going back 💕
