I have seen Mel for multiple piercings as well as my eyebrows regularly. She is always fantastic, makes the uncomfortable process of getting pierced as pleasant as possible. She is also just super lovely and wonderful to see! Would recommend her any day :)

I transitioned from having very long hair, which reached halfway down my back, to a chic and easily manageable short bob. Jess was incredibly meticulous in her cutting and shaping, and she consistently ensured my comfort throughout the process. Jess truly helped me feel at ease, very friendly and with her expertise, I was delighted with the outcome. First impressions last and I am impressed, thank you Jess.

The salon was clean and comfortable, and they made sure I was relaxed throughout the appointment. My lashes look amazing – they’re exactly the length and volume I asked for, and they’ve been holding up really well so far. The technician(JESS)gave me clear instructions on how to care for them properly to make them last longer. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend to friends
