I’ve just had the most beautiful treatment “Grounding Like A Tree” this was so very needed, I instantly felt completely relaxed in Heathers room and drifted into deep, tranquil, peace. I highly recommend this grounding treatment to anyone who is feeling a little overwhelmed with life right now. I loved the meditation to start, the reflexology and finishing with Reiki, even though I was asleep for most of it, I was still aware of my surroundings. My mind switched off and it hasn’t for months, thank you so so much Heather 💜

Really happy with my Reflexology appointment, relaxed and calming experience.

I have just had the most amazing facial from Rachel, the experience from start to finish was incredibly thought about. The way rachel is able to make me leave there feeling totally relaxed and even emotional, the feeling of pure relaxation is the best. I felt weightless!
