I feel so good during and after a visit to Reflexions, whether for a full-body massage or foot reflexology, the treatment is exhilarating and relaxing at the same time. Even the air there smells peaceful and welcoming! It's a great place, and the people are outstanding!

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for massage therapies. I am currently 40 weeks pregnant and have had 2 reflexology sessions with Emily, which have been amazing and relaxing. She made me feel at ease from the get go and really took her time explaining how reflexology works and what to expect after a session. I would definitely be going back postpartum!!!

Such a wonderful treatment. I’ve been to Jasia for reflexology and I feel like I’m floating home every time. I am really feeling the benefits healthwise too.

It is obvious that Michael is very experienced and cares about his clients’ health and wellbeing. I’ve never before received such a precise and focused reflexology treatment. A day later and I can still feel my feet are warm from the increased blood flow as well as a more relaxed digestive system. Thank you Michael!

My daughter enjoys her reflexology sessions with Tina. She's so nice and accommodating, she always asks for anything that would help my daughter with her problems, especially her period and stress from her GCSEs. She always feels relaxed and positive after every session and looks forward to her next session. I will highly recommend and try the experience and I am pretty sure you won't regret it.

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

I always come away from reflexology with Carla floating on a cloud. She has such a calm, kind aura & truly healing hands. She is incredibly knowledgable & gives bespoke advice on the areas she identifies each treatment & she creates a very safe sanctuary in which you can totally relax & unwind. Thank you for looking after me Carla, you’re the best.

I’m new to reflexology and had an initial consultation and treatment with Emily. The space itself is a wonderful haven, with calming music, very comfortable heated bed and a snuggly blanket. The treatment itself was magical and exceeded all expectations. I felt myself unwinding completely from the first moments, through the combination of foot massage and pressure point focus. It’s hard to put into words how transporting and blissful I found it; I feel that the benefits will stay with me well into the next hours and evening ahead. Fully recommend. Thank you Emily!

I’ve been having reflexology with Tina for over a year now and always come away feeling super calm and rebalanced. She takes so much time and care over each session, I feel like each one is tailored specifically to me and my needs. She has a holistic approach and also has great suggestions on lifestyle tips to complement the treatments. I would highly recommend booking a course of treatments with Tina, especially for stress, gut or period/PMS issues.

Mate was truly amazing 🤩 I haven’t had reflexology in so long, I’d forgotten how good it feels. Mate was perfect — I left super calm and relaxed after a hectic week. The perfect tonic ✨

I booked 90 minutes with Emily and had face and foot reflexology. It was such a relaxing and lovely treatment . Emily is amazing and knows exactly what I needed I felt so much better afterwards. I really enjoyed Tony's wisdom and words around pregnancy reflexology. He made me feel relaxed as well as energised when I left the session. I also had a 30 min seated back and neck massage which was also lovely and definitely worked into some key areas that helped release my firm tension

I had a fantastic reflexology session with Emily, primarily to help with an ongoing neurological condition affecting my neck/head. As a first time reflexology client, Emily was great at listening to my medical history & explaining the processes of reflexology clearly before my session. Emily was highly professional, calming, kind and happy to adapt the session if required. The session was incredibly relaxing, in a lovely, comfortable, peaceful setting & helped reduce my built up tension. I would highly recommend Emily if you are managing symptoms or just in of need of relaxation.

Lovely studio set up. Emily was so welcoming and the reflexology was so relaxing. She gave me additional bits to try at home too. Baby hasn’t arrived yet but it worked at relaxing me for sure
