My Reflexology appointment with Andrea was amazing - I’ve been looking for a good reflexologist in London for so long - but am thrilled to have found Andrea as she is fantastic. I really look forward to my reflexology treatment with Andrea. Following discussion, Andrea based the latest treatment around my migraine symptoms which had been developing beforehand. Following treatment my 'headiness' disappeared within an hour of leaving the salon. I cannot recommend Andrea more highly. It is by far the most relaxing treatment I have ever had and she has such a lovely caring manner. An hour of perfect relaxation and bliss in a very calming environment. Thank you Andrea.

Reflexology with Andrea is the reason I keep returning. Andrea is so tuned in and compassionate in every session. She always starts by asking what she can help with on that occasion and then will take your lead on whether you are feeling quieter or would like to talk more. She remembers what you have worked on previously and also very kindly details of what you may have talked about, even if the spaces between appointments are longer. I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with the therapist Enrida Kelly today, and I had a really positive experience. She was professional, kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. She also went out of her way to help me with my plasters, even though it wasn’t part of her job, which I really appreciated. It showed how caring and thoughtful she is. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend her.

Melanie is amazing at what she does. I’ve used various massage therapists over the years and she is way out in front. She has the experience to figure out where exactly your problems are, and then the skill to apply the right techniques in the right spots. That can be uncomfortable at times, even painful, but it’s the good kind of pain that is clearly getting at the roots off long-term issues and working the knots out of the system. The results feel great and for me have delivered improvements in posture and general, day-to-day comfort. I can’t recommend her enough!

It was my daughters first time having a beauty treatment, she was quite anxious but Helena made her feel at ease and explained each step throughout her treatment. I highly recommend Helena, she's very knowledgeable and approachable. We will definitely be back.
