Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

Paula is very professional and always works hard to ensure her clients have a fabulous experience. She has always been honest and straight with me, advising me the best way to go and charging accordingly. Eg sometimes I only need half an eyebrow wax so that’s what I get and what she charges me for.

Nadia is fantastic From start to finish, everything was so professional, relaxing, and incredibly effective immediately 🫶🏼 The dermaplaning left my skin feeling *buttery smooth* and refreshed INSTANTLY — all that dull, dead skin and peach fuzz gone !
